摘    要:赛车在赛道上行驶工况千变万化,针对转向节在不断受到复杂应力作用下极易发生疲劳损坏的问题,本文采用Workbench有限元分析软件,对FSAE赛车的转向节进行有限元分析。通过Solidworks对转向节进行简化建模,并基于ANSYS-Workbench平台进行网格划分,对转向节进行静力学强度、模态以及疲劳分析。分析结果表明,转向节应力值和变形值均满足要求;转向节模态频率大于80 Hz,远高于整车模态频率,转向节稳定性良好,不会在行驶中发生共振;转向节应力集中和疲劳损伤均发生于制动钳安装螺栓孔,说明制动钳固定螺栓孔寿命较低,易产生疲劳损伤。该研究为提高FSAE赛车转向节使用寿命提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The driving condition of FSAE racing car on the track is ever changing.For the problem that steering knuckle is easy to emerge fatigue damage under complicated stress,this paper uses software Workbench to execute finite element analysis on the steering knuckle of FSAE racing car.The model of steering knuckle is simplified and established by the software Solidworks.The model is meshed based on the ANSYS-Workbench platform,then static strength,modal and the fatigue damage of steering knuckle are analyzed.The analysis results show that the value of steering knuckle stress and distortion meet the requirements;the modal frequency of steering knuckle is greater than 80 Hz,far higher than the vehicle modal frequency,steering stability is good,resonance will not occur during driving; Steering knuckle stress concentration and fatigue damage occurred in the brake caliper mounting bolt holes,illustrate that the brake caliper fixing bolt hole has low life and easy to produce fatigue damage.The research for improving the service life of he FSAE racing car steering knuckle provides a theoretical basis.
