选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔临床观察

目的:观察选择性痔上黏膜切除术(TST)治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将60例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例,分别予以选择性痔上黏膜切除术及传统外剥内扎术治疗。结果:两组患者治疗后总有效率均为100%(P>0.05),治疗组在术后疼痛分数、肛缘水肿、排便情况、住院时间、病人满意度、恢复正常工作的时间方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。住院费用要多于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:选择性痔上黏膜切除术是治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔安全、有效的手术方式。

Clinical Observation of Selective Hemorrhoidal Mucosectomy on Combined Hemorrhoids in Degree Ⅲ and Ⅳ

Objective：To observe the curative effect of selective hemorrhoidal mucosectomy on combined hemorrhoids in degree Ⅲ and Ⅳ
. Methods ：60 cases with combined hemorrhoids in degree Ⅲ and Ⅳ were divided randomly into two groups of 30 cases each. The treatment group received selective hemorrhoidal mucosectomy, and control group received the conventional method of external dissection and internal ligation. Results ： The total effective rates of the two groups were 100% （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. But in treatment group postoperative pain score, edema of crissum, defecation, time of hospitalization, and recovery time were better than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the hospital cost was more in treatment group than in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Selective hemorrhoidal mucosectomy is a sort of safe and effective modus operandi on combined hemorrhoids in degreeⅢ and Ⅳ.
