| 摘 要： | 该文是以医院人力资源管理信息系统为对象进行研究的,着重讲述了系统主要功能模块的需求分析、业务流程分析及数据库设计。系统通过开发采用现代化的管理信息系统,建立分类编号管理,实现电脑存储查询,从而帮助该医院的人力资源管理部门提高工作效率,实现人事管理的规范化,自动化和系统化。
