煤系高岭土悬浮煅烧工艺试验研究

摘    要:在分析高岭土传统堆积态煅烧(固定床、移动床、流化床)工艺的基础上,对煤系高岭土稀相悬浮态快速煅烧工艺进行了小型实验室实验.结果表明:悬浮态煅烧可生产出高白度(90%以上)、高孔隙率、高活性的优质煅烧高岭土,热效率明显优于传统的煅烧装置,并可用于大规模工业化生产.

Abstract:Based on traditional calcination technologies(such as fixed bed process,moved bed process,flow bed process) of kaolin,a new calcining process,suspension calcining process was put forward and studied. Meanwhile,the minitype experimentation was carried out. The result showed that suspension calcining process is feasible and can produce high quality product,which has high brightness(beyond ninety percent),high porosity and high active and the heat eff iciency of this technology is superior to traditional calcination process. Suspension calcination process will be used for large-scale industrial production.
