摘    要:堆垛多功能起重机小卷扬吊绳的优化设计经索具螺旋扣结构、直接钢丝绳吊装结构、新型吊锤装置结构三个过程,通过不断的技术改进,产品得到逐步完善。本文从优化设计角度,分析原有结构的不足,推出小卷扬吊绳装置的新型结构形式,使起重机动作更加灵活、可靠。

Abstract:The optimum design of small hoisting rope for stacking multi-functional crane has been gradually improved through three processes:the helical buckle structure of rope,the lifting structure of direct wire rope and the structure of new type hoisting hammer device.From the point of view of optimum design,this paper analyses the shortcomings of the original structure,and puts forward a new structure of the small hoisting rope device,which makes the crane move more flexible and reliable.
