ZSM-22和ZSM-35分子筛催化苯和甲醇烷基化反应研究

摘    要:采用水热法合成了ZSM-22和ZSM-35分子筛,使用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、N2吸附-脱附、TPO、TG和拉曼光谱等方法对合成的分子筛进行表征,并将合成的ZSM-22和ZSM-35以及工业级 ZSM- 5分子筛用于苯和甲醇烷基化反应。结果表明:合成的ZSM-22和ZSM-35分子筛的外比表面积、微孔体积、酸性等性质相似,而两种分子筛的积炭位置、积炭速率以及石墨化程度不同。合成的ZSM-22和ZSM-35较工业生产的ZSM- 5酸性稍弱,催化苯和甲醇烷基化反应时,甲苯和二甲苯(TX)的总选择性更高,分别可达93.63%和96.50%,其中对二甲苯在二甲苯中的选择性显著高于ZSM-5分子筛,分别为51.96%和41.45%,而乙苯和C9+等副产物的选择性明显低于ZSM-5。

Abstract:ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 were synthesized via hydrothermal crystallization method. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N2 adsorption-desorption, NH3-TPD, TPO, TG and Raman spectra, and the results showed that ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 possessed similar micropore volume and acidity. In the alkylation of benzene with methanol, ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 showed different coke location, coking rate and graphitizing degree. Compared with industrial ZSM-5, ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 both showed higher selectivities of toluene and xylene (93.63% and 96.50%) in the alkylation of benzene with methanol, and the selectivities of para-xylene in xylene were 51.96% and 41.45%, respectively. Meanwhile, the selectivities of ethylbenzene and C9+ were also lower than those of industrial ZSM-5.
