| Abstract: | Field-Flow Fractionation is a relatively new technique with con-siderable potential in the field of rnacromolecular separation.The general prin-ciples and development of FFF are briefly presented.Besides ordinary FFF,which has been used as a useful separation method,some new opertional mo-des and new combined subtechniques are introduced. |
