| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT引导下瘤内注射重组人p53腺病毒治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的安全性及并发症的原因和防治对策。方法:对20例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者行CT引导下瘤内注射重组人p53腺病毒治疗100次。结果:治疗后出现发热41例次,占41%(其中需药物处理的11例次),咯血7例次,占7%(经观察和药物治疗后恢复),气胸5例次,占25%(经吸氧和观察后恢复)。治疗前后血常规、肝、肾功能检查无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:CT引导下瘤内注射重组人p53腺病毒是一种安全可行的治疗方法,术者经验、入路选择及操作技巧与并发症有关,合理选择穿刺路径、熟练掌握操作技巧是减少并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the causes and the prevention of the side effect of treatment of NSCLC by CT-guided percutaneous intratumoral injections of rAd-p53.Methods:Twenty patients with NSCLC were treated 100 times by CT-guided percutaneous intratumoral injections of rAd-p53 from November 2003 to June 2005 in our hospital.Results:Forty-one showed fever,7 empsyxis and 5 aeropleura occurred after treatments and were resolved with drugs.The test results of blood count,liver function and kidney function were not changed after therapy.Conclusion:CT-guided percutaneous intratumoral injection of rAd-p53 is a safe therapy.The right pathway of injection and the skillful operation are the most important factors for preventing patients from the complications. |
