摘    要:制备出一种柱效高、成本低的复合型色谱柱。并利用醇解法进行了脂肪酸甲酯化,用气相色谱法测定了乌桕脂、棕榈油、可可脂、鱼油及自制类可可脂的脂肪酸组成。

Abstract:A new high efficient and low cost packed column with mixed stationary liquids is prepared. The fatty acids in stillingia, palm oil, cocoa butter, fish oil, and cocoa butter substitute made in our laboratory are esterified by reacting with methanol, and determined by a gas chomatography. It is shown that the proposed analytical method can be widely used in reprocessing and modification of many different fats.
