| 摘 要： | 将综合设计性实验引入药学专业的分析化学实验教学中，结合学校实验条件，选择测定女贞子中的黄酮含量，指导学生自行设计实验方案，独立完成实验内容，写出实验总结。旨在培养、提高本科药学专业学生学习兴趣和创新能力。

| Abstract: | It attempts to introduce the Analytical Chemistry experiment which is a comprehensive design experiment in pharmacy experiment teaching trait.By combining with our experimental conditions,total flavonoids in Ligustrum Lucidum was determined.It was guided that students how to design experimental program,experimental content independently and write summary of experiment.It is helpful to develop and improve undergraduate pharmacy students’ interest of study and innovation capacity. |
