体位排痰结合超短波治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察

目的观察体位排痰结合超短波治疗对支气管肺炎的治疗作用。方法将符合入选条件的60例支气管肺炎患儿随机分成两组,A组使用超短波治疗,B组则用体位排痰加超短波;治疗结束时评估两组患儿临床症状消失的时间和疗效。结果入选时两组的各项差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束时两组的临床症状都得到改善,B组在临床症状消失时间上较A组短(P<0.01),疗效明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论体位排痰结合超短波治疗可促进婴幼儿支气管肺炎临床症状的改善。

Effect Observation of Postural Drainage Combined with Ultrashort Wave for the Treatment of Bronchopneumonia in Infants

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of postural drainage combined with ultrashort wave for the treatment of bronchopneumonia in infants.Methods 60 infants with bronchopneumonia were recruited and randomly divided into two groups,A group received ultrashort wave therapy only,while B group received postural drainage and ultrashort wave therapy.The treatment outcomes were assessed by the therapeutic effect and the duration of the clinical symptoms.Results There was no significant difference at the baseline between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment in the two groups the clinical symptoms significantly improved,B group had significant shorter duration of clinical symptoms(P<0.01) and the effect was significantly better than A group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postural drainage combined with ultrashort wave therapy is an effective method in improving the clinical symptoms of bronchopneumonia in infants.
