2005～2009年红河州医院无关联人群HIV哨点监测结果分析

目的]了解红河州医院无关联人群HIV感染情况,为制定艾滋病防治措施提供依据。方法]对红河州2005～2009年无关联哨点综合医院需要抽血化验的所有就诊者4 000人进行抗-HIV检测。结果]合计检测就诊者4 000人,检出抗-HIV阳性36例,阳性率为0.90%;阳性检出率,2005～2009年分别为0.75%、1.00%、0.38%、1.13%、1.25%;20～49岁为1.25%;无业者、个体从业人员、农民分别为2.15%、1.53%、1.42%;汉族为0.77%;本地户籍为0.97%。不同性别、不同年龄、不同民族阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同户籍、不同职业人群阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]红河州艾滋病疫情呈现持续蔓延的态势,受影响人群不断增多。

Analysis on HIV Sentinel Surveillance Results in Unlinked Samples of Hospitals in Honghe Prefecture,2005-2009

Objective]To understand the HIV infection situation in the unlinked population in Honghe prefecture,so as to provide information for AIDS response strategies.Methods]Four thousand patients who received blood tests in unrelated sentinel general hospitals in Honghe during 2005-2009 were tested for HIV.Results]Of 4 000 tested samples,36(0.90%) were positive.The annual positive rate from 2005-2009,respectively,was 0.75%,1.00%,0.38%,1.13%,and 1.25%.The rate was 1.25% among the population aged 20-49,2.15% in the unemployed,1.53% in the self-employed,and 1.42% in farmers.The positive rate was 0.77% in ethnic Han and 0.97% in ethnic minorities.There were no statistical differences in positive rates among populations with different genders,ages and ethnics(P>0.05),and there were significant statistical differences between populations with different household registers and occupations(P<0.05).Conclusion]The AIDS epidemic presents a more extensive trend in Honghe prefecture.More and more populations are affected.
