| 摘 要： | 目的:研究枸杞子提取物对大鼠离体胸主动脉的舒张作用。方法:将离体大鼠胸主动脉固定于恒温组织浴槽中,先后加入肾上腺素和枸杞子提取物,记录血管的张力变化。结果:肾上腺素能迅速升高离体大鼠胸主动脉张力,并维持于一定水平,而枸杞子提取物能缓慢地降低离体大鼠胸主动脉张力。结论:枸杞子提取物可抑制肾上腺素所致的离体大鼠胸主动脉收缩。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the vasodilator effect of Fructus Lycii extract on thoracic aortae rings of rats in vitvo. Methods:Thoracic aortic rings of rats were put into the constant temperature tissue bath,and were connected to a force transducer by one thread. Then adrenalin and Fructus Lycii extract were added into the bath solution,and the tension of thoracic aortic rings was recorded. Results:The tension of thoracic aortic rings of rats was significantly increased by adrenalin,and was slowly decreased by Fructus Lycii extract. Conclusion:Fructus Lycii extract has vasodilator effect on thoracic aortae rings of rats in vitro. |
