冷热双混辊压法高炉熔渣破碎试验

摘    要:围绕高炉熔渣余热回收设计开发了冷热双混辊压法高炉熔渣破碎装置,并以水淬高炉渣作为冷却介质,开展了高炉熔渣辊压破碎试验。试验研究了电机转速R、辊间距离L、冷却介质漏斗高度H等装置运行参数对处理后炉渣的厚度、温度以及玻璃化率的影响,获得最佳参数,为高炉熔渣余热回收及工业试验奠定基础。结果表明,在电机转速为9 r/min、辊间距离为2 mm、水淬渣漏斗高度为4 mm时,处理后的高炉渣呈现为厚度最小为1.26 mm的薄片。此时,炉渣温度为442 ℃,玻璃体化率达89.8%,可在保证高炉渣后续利用的同时,最大程度地提高余热回收温度。

Abstract:The blast furnace slag crushing device by hot and cold double-mixed rolling method based on the waste heat recovery of blast furnace slag was designed and developed, and water-quenched blast furnace slag was used as a cooling medium to carry out blast furnace slag rolling crushing test. The influence of device operating parameters such as rotating speed (R), length between rollers (L) and height of cooling medium funnel (H) on the thickness, temperature and vitrification rate of treated slag was studied, and the optimal parameters were obtained to lay the foundation for the blast furnace slag waste heat recovery and industrial experiments. The results show that when the rotating speed is 9 r/min, distance between rollers is 2 mm and height of water-quenched slag funnel is 4 mm, the treated blast furnace slag presents flake with minimum thickness of 1.26 mm. At this time, the slag temperature is 442 ℃, and the vitrification rate can reach 89.8%, which can maximize the waste heat recovery temperature while ensuring the subsequent utilization of blast furnace slag.
