厦门市2008年院外急救患者流行病学调查

目的探讨厦门市2008年院外急救患者的流行病学特征。方法统计2008—01—01-2008—12—31接诊的31833例院外急救患者疾病种类、发病年龄段及发病时段，分析相关因素。结果2008年厦门市地区实施的院外急救患者中，有完整数据记录者31833例，男女比例为2．14：1，高发年龄段为21-50岁。急救病种前4位的依次为创伤（41．25％）、心脏病（11．62％）、脑血管病（10.79％）和外因中毒（10．06％）。院外病死率在肿瘤（9．12％）、其他（6．84％）、心脏病（5．16％）及呼吸系统（4．33％）疾病类型较高。总的发病时段分布呈从0～6am至18～24pm逐渐增多的趋势，不同疾病的院外急救有各自的高峰时段。结论厦门市院外急救患者有其自身的流行病学特点。为进一步建立急救医疗服务体系和促进急诊管理提供了依据。

2008 Epidemiological study of patients with pre-hospital care in Xiamen City

Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics Of patients receiving pre-hospital care in Xiamen in the year of 2008. Methods The retrospective epidemiological statistics was performed on 31,833 admissions between January 1 and December 31, 2008, from types of diseases, high risk age and its time frame, as well as any related factors. Results The results were shown as follows： the incidence of mate to female demonstrated 2.14：1; the age is between 21 and 50 years old; the top four diseases descend as trauma （41.25%）, heart disease （11.62%）, cerebral vascular disease （10.79%）, and exogenous poisoning （10.06%）. The mortality of pre-hospital care reflects tumor （9.12%）, heart attack （5.16%）, respiratory disease （4.33%） and others （6.84%）. The overall time frame of incidence reflected the trend of gradual increase between 0-6 am and 6-12pm. The peak incidence periods vary in different types of diseases. Conclusion The results suggest that the patients receiving pre-hospital care in Xiamen demonstrated their unique epidemiological characteristics which furnish basis for establishing advanced emergency medical services and the management.
