Abstract:Aiming at the problems exposed by common ESP power supply when dealing with high specific resistance dust and ultra-fine dust,this paper designs a pulse power supply for ESP,which is based on the output DC voltage of common ESP power supply and superimposes adjustable pulse voltage.The resonance principle of pulse generation is introduced and the calculation for?mula is given.The control system of pulse power supply is based on the joint control of DSP and FPGA,and the sampling protection circuit of power supply is added to ensure the safe operation of power supply.The zero-crossing and over-current circuit and peak voltage detection circuit of pulse circuit sampling protection circuit are designed.At the same time,an IGBT switch control logic based on the combination of DSP and FPGA is designed.
