上海政府公务员血尿酸水平与代谢综合征相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨上海政府公务员血尿酸水平与肥胖、血压、血脂、血糖等代谢综合征各组分的关系。方法选取2007年至2009年在我院进行健康体检的上海政府公务员共3563例,测定和统计分析腰围、收缩压、舒张压、血尿酸、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等指标。结果男性和女性公务员组的高尿酸血症患病率分别为26.7%和14.8%(P〈0.001);男性公务员组的腰围、收缩压、舒张压、TC、TG、LDL-C、GLU和HOMA-IR均随血尿酸水平的升高而显著升高(P〈0.05),HDL-C则显著降低(P=0.034);女性公务员组的腰围、收缩压、舒张压、TG、LDL-C、GLU和HOMA-IR均随血尿酸水平的升高而升高(P〈0.05),而TC、HDL-C差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.218和0.146)。结论血尿酸水平与肥胖、血脂异常、血压、血糖及胰岛素抵抗等MS组分之间关系密切,控制血尿酸水平是代谢综合征治疗中的重要环节之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlations between serum uric acid (SUA) levels and compo- nents of metabolic syndrome in the civil servants of Shanghai. Methods 3563 civil servants of Shanghai underwent health examination in our hospital 2007-2009 were selected, Waist circumference ( WC ) , SBP, DBP, SUA, GLU,fasting serum insulin(FINS) ,TC,TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were measured and analyzed statistically. Results The prevalence rates of hyperuricemia in male and female were 26. 7% and 14. 8% respectively ( P 〈 0. 001 ). For male, WC, SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C, GLU and HOMA-IR increased significantly with increasing the level of SUA ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while HDL-C decreased significantly ( P = 0. 034 ). For female, WC, SBP, DBP, TG, LDL-C, GLU and HOMA-IR increased significantly with increasing the level of SUA ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while there were no significant differences between TC, HDL-C and SUA ( P = 0. 218 and P = 0. 146, respectively). Conclusion Serum uric acid was closely related to components of metabolic syndrome. Controlling SUA was one of the crucial steps in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
