| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺肉瘤的临床最佳治疗方案。方法对1974年3月至2004年12月收治的58例乳腺肉瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访6个月~25年,14例死亡,15例复发;30例存活5年以上,10例存活20年以上。结论本病需病理证实,以手术治疗为主,无论低度或高度恶性,均应采取包括肿瘤周围正常组织的广泛切除;对复发病例不应放弃再次手术机会;对临床未能触及肿大淋巴结者可不予清扫腋下淋巴结。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the optimal treatment for sarcoma of the breast.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of sarcoma of breast treated from March 1974 to December 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The follow-up time was 6 months to 25 years.Of all cases,14 died,15 recurred,and 30 survived more than 5 years and 10 over 20 years.Conclusion Most sarcomas are pathologically proved.The best therapeutic method is operation.The sarcomas of all cases must be extensively resected.The recurrent sarcoma should be resected again.The axillary lymph nodes should not be eliminated when lymph nodes are not discovered. |
