| 摘 要： | 本文在若干学者的企业成长概念的思想基础上,提出了企业成长的一个概念框架,即企业成长至少应该包括量(规模)的变化,质(能力)的变化和动态的过程三个方面。以该框架为基础,从规模观、能力观和过程观三个方面对国内外企业成长相关文献进行了系统的回顾,为理清整个企业成长研究的脉络提供一种思路。
