| 摘 要： | 运用中医中药辨证治疗胃脘痛120例,分为肝郁气滞、脾胃气虚和阴虚郁热三个证型,分别采用疏肝理气,健脾和胃及滋阴清热等方法治疗,总有效率达94.7%.经统计学处理,对肝郁气滞型疗效最好,与脾胃气虚型相比有一定差异,与阴虚郁热型相比有显著差异(P<0.05);阴虚郁热型疗效最羞,与脾胃气虚型相比有显著差异(P<0.05).

| Abstract: | One hundred and twenty cases of epigastric pain determinied by treatment baseed on the differentiation of sydromesings.The patients were divided three groups:group A,depresion and stagnation of hepatic Oi was treated with the principle of disprsing and regulating it;group B,deficeince of gastric and spleenic Oi was treat with the mehod of invigorating the spleen and homonizing stomach;group C,stagnating heat caused by deficience of Yin was treated with principle of nourishing the Yin and elminating the heat. The therapeutic result showed that the total effective rate was 94.7%.In these three groups.the effect of the group A was better than that of group C with statistical significant(P<0.05)and the result of group C indicated that the therapeutic effect was not so efficacious as others. |
