模糊多层次多属性高校教师教学质量评估

摘    要:利用模糊多层次多属性群决策方法对高校教师教学质量进行评估。首先给出模糊多层次多属性高校教师教学水平评估指标体系;然后给出人机结合数据提取方法,并对模糊语言量化和处理归一化处理;最后得出多层次多属性高校教师教学水平评估的模糊评估算法。实践证明该方法降低了专家主观评判的随意性,减少了量化过程信息的丢失。

Abstract:The fuzzy multi-attribution group decision-making method is used to assess the teaching quality of college teachers.First,the method of expert's consistency on judgment is discussed;Then,based on the situation of no consensus,two adjustment methods are given off.Namely,by the inversed judgment of experts,the consensus is speeded up to reach good result.Finally,the college teaching quality order is obtained in the situation of the consistency.An example explains the specific teaching quality assessing process is affective.
