| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一种快速、简便的弓形虫病诊断方法。方法:将弓形虫P30重组抗原包被于硝酸纤维膜上,以金标免疫渗滤法(DIGFA)检测兔血清中相应抗体,呈现红色斑点者为阳性。结果:检测弓形虫感染兔血清41份,阳性率为97.56%(40/41),检测正常兔血清20份,感染囊虫兔血清26份,感染血吸虫兔血清40份,感染丝虫兔血清21份,感染肺吸虫兔血清33份,仅2份血吸虫感染兔血清出现交叉反应。结论:弓形虫P30重组抗原金标免疫渗滤法检测弓形虫感染兔有较高的敏感性和特异性。

| Abstract: | Objective:It is our purpose to establish a quick and an simple diagnostic method for toxoplasmosis.Methods:The recombinant P30 antigen was coated on NCP filter.The rabbit sera were detected for corresponding antibody with DIGFA.Results:41 serum samples of rabbits infected with toxoplasma were detected with the positive rate 97.56%(40/41).20 serum samples of normal rabbits,26 serum samples of rabbits infected with cysticercosis,21 serum samples of rabbits infected with filariasis and 33 serum samples of rabbits infected with paragonimus westermani were detected,and all were negative,40 sera from rabbits infected with schistosoma japonicum were detected with only 2 samples cross-reaction.Conclusion:The diagnostic system of P30 and DIGFA for detecting toxoplasma infected rabbits has the trait of high sensitivity and specialty. |
