知识管理在课程教学中的应用

摘    要:知识管理能够使知识被最大限度地利用并在此过程中得到增值。将知识管理引入到教学中,将使教学模式和手段发生质的飞跃。它改变了原来知识信息单向传递的教学模式,使师生互融、互动、互助及对话、沟通、交流成为主导的教学方式,同时将挖掘隐性知识和知识创新作为教学过程的重点,这为教与学找到了新的互动交融模式,因而使网络真正成为学生获取多种知识和自主学习的平台。

Abstract:The innovative use of knowledge management is the call of knowledge-driven economy age.Knowledge management can make maximum use of knowledge,in which process it gets value-added.The introduction of knowledge management into teaching will make a qualitative leap forward in teaching models and means.It has changed the original teaching model in which knowledge is one-way transmitted,into a new one where interaction,communication and cooperation between teacher and students have become a dominant part of teaching.Meanwhile exploring tacit knowledge and innovation will be considered as the focus of the teaching process,and accordingly turn the Internet into a platform for students to obtain knowledge on their own.
