| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒血流显像对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值.方法 回顾分析68例经术后病理证实的子宫腺肌病的声像图特征.结果 68例子宫腺肌病通过超声检查,准确诊断58例,9例误诊为子宫其他疾病,1例漏诊,超声诊断符合率为85%.结论 超声显像是诊断子宫腺肌病的可靠方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore 2 dimension and color Doppler ultrasonograhy for evaluation of patients with adenomyosis. Methods Sixty-eight patients were confirmed as adenomyosia. The nltrasonographic features were analyzed retrospectively. Results Only 58(58/68) patients with adenomyosis were diagnosed adenomyosis ac- cordantly on ultrasonography. 9 adenomyosis patients were misdiagnosed as other uterus diseases, and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 85 %. Conclusion The ultrasonic diagnosis is regarded as safer manner for diagnosis on adeno- myosis. |
