| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了1999年度全国电网调度自动化系统解决Y2K问题的情况；标准化、规范化及其应用工作的新进展；网、省调调度自动化系统的运行情况；全国电网调度自动化“十五”规划编制情况；国调电网调度自动化信息服务系统的内容；电网调度自动化专业面临的新形势与新要求。并提出了2000年全国电网调度自动化的工作重点。

| Abstract: | The following work in 1999 are briefly introduced: YZK problem of the dispatching automation systems which hasbeen solved in China: the achievements on the $tandardization & application on the automation fields: the statistics & analysisof operation on SCADA/EMS of RCC and PCC: the layout of the tenth five year plan for the dispatching automation inChina; the contents of management information system of the National Power Dispatch and Communication Center: the newsituations & requirements to be faced with on dispatching automation. Besides, the key points of the work of the nationalpower grids dispatching automation in 2000 are pointed out. |
