护理干预措施配合中西医结合治疗产后尿潴留的观察

目的：探讨护理干预措施配合中西医结合治疗产后尿潴留的效果。方法：选择在我院产科住院分娩后发生尿潴留的患者138例，按住院的先后顺序分为观察组70例、对照组68例。观察组通过护理干预措施配合中西医结合治疗，对照组通过单纯的中西医结合治疗，比较两组尿潴留后自行排尿情况。结果：通过护理干预措施配合中西医结合治疗，自行排尿率为90％，而单纯的中西医结合治疗，排尿率为69％。结论：护理干预措施配合中西医结合治疗产后尿潴留的效果比单纯性的中西医结合治疗效果要好（P〈0．01）。

The observation of the nursing intervention measure cooperated with Chinese and Western medicine treatment for postpartum retention of urine

Objective： To observe the nursing intervention measure cooperated with Chinese and Western medicine treatment for postpartum retention of urine. Methods： 138 cases of patients with postpartum retention of urine in our hospital were divided into the observation group（69 cases） and the control group （68 cases） by the hospital stays, according to priority. The observation group used the nursing intervention measure cooperated with Chinese and Western medicine treatment, the control group used the pure cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment, compared the voluntarily urination situation of the two groups after retention of urine. Results： Through nursing intervention measure cooperated with Chinese and Western medicine treatment, voluntarly urination rate was 90%, but the pure cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment, of which the urination rate was 70%. Conclusion： The nursing intervention measure cooperated with Chinese and Western medicine treatment for postpartum retention of urine, which effect is better than the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment （P〈0.01）.
