| 摘 要： | 民营企业理财过程中面临各种风险,主要体现为筹资、投资、资金运用和利润分配等各理财环节中,表现为目前和将来的成本费用可能升高或收益可能减少的不确定性。因此,必须对理财风险进行分析和衡量,并予以防范,以求规避风险。

| Abstract: | Private enterprises face various risks in its financial management process, mainly suggesting the possibility of cost increase and profit decrease. These risks happen in financing, investment, capital operation and profit allocation. The financial management risks are analyzed and measures to avoid these risks are presented. |
