摘    要:分析了割草机底盘的结构特点及成形难点,提出了解决方案,运用板料成形有限元软件Dynaform对方案进行数值模拟,并确定成形坯料的合理形状,得到各个工艺方案的成形极限图,分析了在不同工艺条件下可能产生的缺陷及其原因,有效地保证了成形工艺的可靠性。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of lawnmower chassis and difficulties in forming of the part were analyzed. Finite element software Dynaform for sheet forming was used to numerically simulate the technological process; then feasible blank shape was determined and the forming limit diagram for each technological program was obtained. The defects and causes produced under different processing conditions were analyzed in order to guarantee the reliability of each forming process.
