高尿酸血症与代谢综合征关系研究

目的：探讨高尿酸血症与代谢综合征之间的关系。方法：以某高校健康体检人群中205例高尿酸血症患者作为高尿酸组,同期体检人群411例血尿酸正常者作为对照组,对其身高、体重、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）进行测量,并检测其空腹血糖（FBG）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等生化指标。结果：高尿酸组体质指数（BMI）、SBP、DBP、FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C等指标均高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;高尿酸组发生肥胖、高血压、高血糖、血脂紊乱的危险分别是对照组的2.253、2.760、1.939、2.872倍（P〈0.05）,高尿酸组并发代谢综合征的危险是对照组的3.501倍（P〈0.01）。结论：高尿酸血症和代谢综合征关系密切,应加强健康教育,必要时联合药物治疗,在控制代谢综合征的同时积极控制血尿酸,提高防治心脑血管疾病的效果。

The Relationship between Hyperuricemia and Metabolic Syndrome

Objective： To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome.Methods： From the participants in a college physical exam,205 patients with hyperuricemia and 411 normal controls were recruited.The height,weight,systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） were measured among all subjects.Results： The body mass index（BMI）,SBP,DBP,and the levels of FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C in cases were significantly higher than in controls,while the levels of HDL-C in cases were significantly lower than in controls.The risks for obesity,hypertension,high blood sugar,and blood lipid disorders in cases were 2.253,2.760,1.939,2.872 times as high as those in controls.And the risk for metabolic syndrome in cases was 3.501 times as high as that in controls.Conclusion： Hyperuricemia is correlated with metabolic syndrome.Health education should be reinforced.When necessary,drug treatment should also be added to control metabolic syndrome,as well as blood uric acid,which could improve prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
