护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的影响

[目的]探讨护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的影响.[方法]选择妇科86例恶性肿瘤化疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在患者化疗前、化疗期间给予系统的护理干预,对照组应用常规护理方法,治疗后应用生活质量测量表( EORTC QLQ-C30)对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者进行生活质量测量和评价.[结果]观察组整体功能评分为(50.10±6.55),对照组的整体功能评分为.(42.10±5.66),观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.01),观察组化疗后倦怠乏力、消化道副反应的发生情况明显轻于对照组(P＜0.01),腹泻症状两组无明显差异(P＞0.05).[结论]实施系统的护理干预能提岛妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者的生存质量.

Effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life in gynecology malignant tumor chemotherapy patients

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life （QOL） in gynecology malignant tumor chemotherapy patients. Methods 86 cases with gynecology malignant tumor were randomly divided into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=-46）. The observation group used normal chemotherapy and nu,＇sing, at the same time given nursing intervention, the control group used normal chemotherapy and nursing. The gynecology malignant tumor patients＇ QOL were measured and evaluated by European cancer research and the treatment organization develop （EORTC QLQ-C30） Results The overall function score was （50.10 _＋ 6.55） in observation group, control group was （42.10± 5.66）, QOL in observation group patient surpassed that of the control group （P〈 0.01）, the sMe effect in observation group was less than that in control group （ P〈 0.01） , but there was no significant difference in diarrhea between two groups（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation system nursing intervention can improve the gynecology department malignant tumor nursing technique and QOL.
