共源测量技术及时栅位移传感器的稳定性研究

摘    要:介绍了电测量技术中的共源测量技术,提出了一种传感器系统输入测量信号共源改进方案,解决了传感器在测量中容易出现的测量值不稳定、容易产生漂移这两个影响传感器稳定性的主要因素,较好地解决了增量式时栅位移传感器从理论到实践的关键技术问题。给出了两种传感器不同结构下对匀速位移测量的数据和图形比较。

Abstract:The common fountain measure technique of electricity measure is introduced. The sensor's system structure is improved on the common fountain measure technique. It settles the sensor's instability problem resulting from unstable measure and excursion. So the sensor is possible on theory and practice. The data and figure's compare under two different sensor's structure is given.
