不同学历护理实习生就业心理、意向及信息需求调查研究

目的 了解不同学历护理实习生的就业心理、就业意向、就业信息需求及获取情况,为学校开展就业辅导提供方向.方法 采用自设问卷对护理专业毕业实习生进行就业心理、就业意向、就业信息需求及获取情况进行问卷调查.结果 ①不同学历护理实习生的就业心理、求职地区及医院等级有差异(P＜0.05)；②中专生的首位就业信息需求为求职技能培训,而大专生及本科生为就业单位信息；③中专及大专生的就业信息主要来源于网络及同学朋友,而本科生此外还来源于学校讲座；④中专生接受各类职业培训情况均少于专科及本科生(P＜0.05).结论 学校应从全面关注学生就业心理、就业意向、就业信息需求及获取等方面情况,根据不同学历护理实习生的特点有针对性的进行就业帮助和指导.

Analysis on the psychology,the orientation,and the information demands in choosing a job among nursing interns with different educational background

Objective To understand the psychology,the orientation,and the information demands in choosing a job among nursing interns with different educational background for a better career guidance. Methods A total of 272 nursing interns （34 technical school students,ill junior college students,and 127 undergraduates） practicing in 7 general hospitals in Fujian province were investigated in ternls of the psychology,the orientation,and the information demands in choosing an occupation. Results （~There were statistically significant difference in the employment psychology and employment orientations on choosing hospitals among the nursing interns with different educational background（P〈0.05）.Job skills training was in the greatest need for most of the technical school interns ,while most of the junior college interns and the undergraduates were greatly demand for the information about employment hospitals. （~Most of the technical school interns and the junior college interns derived employment information from the network and friends. Besides that,the undergraduates got employment information from university career lectures. @The employment training for the technical school interns was significantly less than that of the junior college interns and the undergraduates（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Schools should pay more attention on the employment counseling and guidance,helping nursing students establish a correct outlook on employment and access to employment information.
