| 摘 要： | 上海石化烯烃事业部2号烯烃装置,裂解气压缩机在运行过程中出现蒸汽透平做功效率降低、蒸汽耗量增加、无法提高转速、生产负荷提不起来的现象。经过工艺和设备人员的分析、判断,确认是由于水质原因造成透平结垢。文中主要对蒸汽透平结垢问题给裂解气压缩机和生产带来的影响,及对结垢原因和处理过程进行了阐述,以期对有类似事件发生的装置提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | During the operation of cracked gas compressor in No.2 Olefin Complex at Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd,the work efficiency of steam turbine was reduced,steam consumption was increased and rotating speed was unable to be raised.Based on the analysis made by process and equipment engineers,water quality deterioration is the reason for steam turbine scaling.This paper mainly introduces the influence of steam turbine scaling on cracked gas compressor and production,and discusses the reasons and treatment of scaling,so as to provide guidance for similar units. |
