| 摘 要： | 教师教育技术培训是提高教师信息素养和推进教育信息化的重要措施,但教育技术培训资源的建设、使用存在很多问题。所以本文以提高教师教育技术培训绩效为出发点,以建设优质的培训资源为突破口,讨论了培训资源库的建设需求、建设过程、资源规划等内容。

| Abstract: | Educational technology training of middle school and primary school teachers is a significant measure of promoting teacher information literacy and pushing forward educational informationization. However, problems arise when educational technology training resource is constructed. On the basis of improving educational technology training achievement, this article illustrates the need of the construction, the process and the plan of the training resource bank by clarifying how to construct abundant practical training resource. |
