宁夏2005年麻疹疫苗强化免疫效果评价

目的总结宁夏实施麻疹疫苗(MV)强化免疫的效果。方法综合分析强化免疫期间的现场督导检查、接种率快速评估和强化免疫后1年的麻疹监测系统和传染病报告系统的疫情资料。结果本次强化免疫共计目标儿童1395858人,报告接种率和评估接种率均98%以上;报告预防接种异常反应病例28例,发生率2.04/10万;2006年共报告麻疹疑似病例116例,经实验室检测麻疹确诊病例和临床诊断病例共41例,发病率0.69/10万,较上年下降了97.79%。结论宁夏2005年麻疹疫苗强化免疫效果显著,较大范围内开展MV强化免疫能够迅速降低麻疹发病,但达到控制和消除麻疹目标,必须建立全人群的有效免疫屏障,才能彻底阻断麻疹病毒传播。

Evaluation Measles Mass Campaign of NingXia Hui Autonomous Region in 2005

Objective To summarize the effect and evaluate the effect of measles mass campaign in NingXia Hui Autonomous Region.Methods Comprehensively analysis field investigation reports, the fast asessment coverage rate during mass campaign,casebased information of Measles Surveillance System and National Notifieable Diseases Reporting System after one year.Results Totally were 13,958,958 targeted children,both reported and the fast asessment coverage rate were over 98% in campaign;28 cases of adverse event following immunization(AEFI)were reported,and risk ratio was 2.01 /100,000;116 suspected Measles cases were reported altogether in 2006,with 41 cases diagnosed c!inically or serologically, risk ratio was 0.69/100,000, descend 97.79% rather before year.Conclusion With successful implementation of measles mass campaign in NingXia Hui Autonomous Region in the year of 2005.After mass campaign should be conducted at large areas ,measles incidence could decrease dramatically,but reaching aim of control and eliminate measles,must be establish herb immunity and interrupt the virus transmission.
