| 摘 要： | 作为电力市场运营和电力企业调度、生产、管理现代化的基础，国家电力数据网络（SPDnet）将大力发展。文中从网络应用的需求分析出发，提出了SPDnet的发展方向和组网方案，认为ATM网络技术是电力系统数据通信骨干网络的最佳选择；设计了SPDnet一级网络的拓扑结构；对网络功能、业务、网络管理等提出了要求；并针对各种应用提出了解决方案。

| Abstract: | As the foundation of power market running and power system dispatching. production and management modernization. state power data network (SPDnet) should be developed strongly.Based on the analysis of the demand for various services, the development direction and network building strategy are presented. It is believed that ATM network technology is the best choice for the backbone network in SPDnet. The SPDnet-I network topology is designed. The requirements for network functions, network services. network management are presented and the detail plans for various computer systems or equipment getting access to the network are designed. |
