| 摘 要： | 根据移动通信的特点和要求、计费方式面临的问题和挑战、移动通信网络的发展状况和远景规划,提出了建设移动通信业务支撑系统的建议,介绍了移动通信网络计费和客户服务系统(BACCS)以及它的系统结构、系统功能关系、逻辑结构和数据采集系统.
