乙酸甲酯催化精馏水解新工艺的工业应用

摘    要:乙酸甲酯催化精馏水解工艺在水酯比为 2 .0 ,回流进料比为 1.8~ 2 .5 3,空速为 0 .44 2m3 (m3 ·h)的范围内 ,酯的水解率大于 5 7%,水解产物中酸水比大于 1.3(质量分数 ) .与传统的固定床水解工艺相比具有明显的优势 .

Abstract:When the feed mole ratio of water to methyl acetate reaches 2.0, the ratio of top reflux to feed methyl acetate ranges from 1.8 to 2.53 and the feed space velocity of methyl acetate is 0.442, the conversion of methyl acetate by catalytic distillation technology is as high as 57% and the weight ratio of acetate acid to water in the hydrolysis mixture is higher than 1.3. Compared with the conventional technology, the catalytic distillation technology has a lot of advantages.
