摘    要:以硼氢化钾为还原剂,以水、醇为混合介质,将对乙基苯乙酮还原为对乙基苯乙醇,研究了多相反应体系的工艺优化;再以对乙基苯乙醇与硫酸氢钾共热的方法进行脱水反应,采用反应精馏的工艺,制得对乙基苯乙烯。用红外光谱、核磁共振等手段对还原产物、脱水产物分别进行了表征。

Abstract:p-Ethyl-hypnone was prepared from ethylbenzene by Friedel-Crafts acylation.p-Ethyl-hypnone was then reduced and dehydrated to p-ethyl-styrene.Reduction of p-ethyl-hypnone was carried out in a mixed medium of water and methanol where KBH4 was used as reducing agent.The process was optimized in this multiphase system.Successive dehydration was catalyzed by KHSO4 as dehydrating agent through a reaction-rectification process.Products of reduction and dehydration were identified by methods of IR and 1H NMR.
