基于公共电话网络的分布式环境监测系统

采用计算机远程通信与控制技术，利用覆盖极为广泛的公用电话通信网，将独立、分数的环境检测点相连接，构筑城市（区域)环境实时监测网络，实现水、大气、污染源等自动连续监测．完成环境指数的实时采集．实现城市（区域）环境指敦的全天候、24小时监控，及时记录和掌握城市（区域）环境状况，预防和及时发现污染事故。该文介绍了系统关键技术和系统结构设计、功能划分及软硬件实现。

Distributed Environment Monitoring System Based on Public Telephone Network

With the telecommunication and telecontrol technology, the environment monitoring stations, which distribute among a city, are connected to the centered-computer to form an environment monitoring network system(EMNS),fulfilling real-time data sampling of environment information, such as water, atmosphere and pollution sources and so on. The scheme of system software and hardware is developed in the paper.
