| 摘 要： | 随着我国科技创新与人工智能的快速发展，人工智能在医学中的应用越来越广，时代提出了智能医学的概念。本文通过文献分析，调研与咨询，从大数据、互联网、人工智能与智能医学、智慧医疗，以及学科建设、人才培养、相关法规制度、伦理建设等方面提出智能医学发展战略相关建议。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of technical innovation and artificial intelligence in our nation, the application of AI in medicine becomes wider and wider and the concept of intelligent medicine appears. After document analysis, investigation and consultation, this paper proposes several opinions about the development of intelligent medicine from different aspects like big data, internet, artificial intelligence, intelligent medicine and wisdom medicine, discipline construction, talent training, relevant laws and regulations and ethics construction. |
