压电式压力传感器温度补偿算法的研究

摘    要:介绍了压电式压力传感器由于受工作环境温度的影响,其零点和灵敏度常会发生漂移,因此,需对其进行补偿;讨论了一种基于最小二乘法的补偿算法,运用该算法对温度变化后的数据进行处理,使传感器的输出基本不随温度的变化而改变,从而使传感器的零点漂移和灵敏度漂移问题得到了很好地解决。结果表明,该算法能起到很好的补偿效果并广泛应用于工程实践中。

Abstract:Because of the influence of working environment temperature, the zero point and sensitivity of piezoelectric pressure sensor often drift, so it needs to be compensated. A compensation algorithm based on least square method is discussed in this paper. The proposed algorithm is used to process the temperature changed data, so that the output of the sensor does not change with the temperature, and the problems of zero point drift and sensitivity drift of the sensor are solved well. The results show that the algorithm has a good compensation effect and is widely used in engineering practice.
