摘    要:为了满足煤化工企业及职业院校培养学员的实践能力及职业能力需求,在全数字仿真系统的基础上设计了基于半实物仿真技术的600kt/a新型煤气化制甲醇实训仿真工厂。该仿真工厂由新型煤气化制甲醇流程工艺实训系统、仿真培训(OTS)软件系统和DCS中控室系统三大部分组成,每个部分又可分为若干子系统,在功能上能进行开停车、正常工况等操作。该仿真工厂对现代煤化工工艺过程、动态操作、自动化检测传感执行装置及DCS进行仿真模拟,具有节能、环保和本质安全的优点,已成功用于石化企业及院校操作技能培训与技能考核。

Abstract:To meet the need of practical ability and occupational competence for coal chemical enterprise and occupation college, the new type of training simulation factory of coal gasification methanol based on hybrid simulation technology is developed with all-digital simulation system. The simulation factory in the overall structure consists of three main systems of new type of coal gasification methanol process operation system, simulation training (OTS) software system and DCS central control system, and each system can be divided into several sub-systems. It can simulate the shutdown, start-up and normal operation in function. Simulation analysis is given based on the case of factory training. It can be used to simulate the process, dynamic operation, sensing and executive device and DCS for modern coal chemical enterprise with the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection and entitative safety. It has been used for skills training and assessment in petro-chemical enterprises and institutions.
