摘    要:通过差示扫描量热技术研究了不同的加热速率对CuAlBe形状记忆合金的相变特征的影响。结果表明:在不同加热速率下的相变点在一个区域内变化(Ms=120-128℃,Mf=99-105℃,As=142-130℃,Af=151-141℃)。快速加热使两个相变峰靠近,随着加热速率的降低,两个相变峰逐渐分离。用超低降温速率法分离后的DSC曲线,右瑞的大峰变为了一连串由许多微区依次发生马氏体逆相变所产生的许多小的放热峰。

Abstract:The experiment by differential scanning calorimetry and thermal cycling were considering the different heating rates on Cu- Al-Be memory alloy phase change characteristics. The results showed : at different heating rates of the phase transformation in a region change (Ms= 120-128 ℃, Mf =99- 105 ℃, As= 142-130℃, Af= 151-141 ℃). Rapid heat two peaks near the phase transition, with the heating rate, the reduction of two-phase change gradually separated. To ultra-low cooling rate after separation of DSC curve, subguadratic the peak into a series of many micro-occurred followed by the reverse martensitic transformation of many small exothermic peak.
