双孔三通道腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术

目的探讨双孔三通道腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的可行性及疗效。方法 2009年1月～2010年4月对15例单纯肾囊肿行双孔三通道腹腔镜下肾囊肿切除术。脐孔内侧上缘弧形切口置入2个5 mm trocar,锁骨中线与第12肋下缘皮肤切口置入1个5 mm trocar。超声刀距肾实质5 mm处沿囊肿边缘环形切除囊肿顶壁。结果 15例手术均获成功,手术时间25~60 min,平均45 min;术后无出血、漏尿等并发症发生,3～5 d出院。15例术后随访6～24个月,平均14个月,B超或CT复查未见囊肿复发。结论双孔三通道腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿可行,疗效满意。

Two-port Laparoscopic Unroofing of Renal Cyst with Three Trocars

Objective To explore the feasibility and efficacy of laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst with two ports and three trocars.
