Design of a Equipment Management and Quality Evaluations System for Navigation Monitoring Station

Monitor station plays an important role in a navigation satellite system. By archiving the equip-ment information of monitor station and combining with management experience, this paper designs and re-alizes an equipment management and quality evaluation system for navigation monitoring stations. The sys-tem strictly goes on the theory of quality evaluation and uses the abilities of computer automatic ratiocina-tion, which can improve the efficiency and reliability of managing monitoring stations.
