| 摘 要： | 华东宜兴抽水蓄能有限公司坚持工程建设"业主核心"的管理地位.采取"小业主、大监理"的管理模式开展工程建设管理.引进设计监理和咨询机构、规范设计管理并提供科研支持,促进设计优化和设计工作顺利推进.通过规范监理管理工作程序、加强监理考核管理和提供工程质量管理手段,规范施工监理管理工作,在参建各方的共同努力下,实现了工程建设目标.
