摘    要:采用烧结法合成了致密的复合了CaO-SiO2系化合物的CaZrO3质材料,研究了CaO-SiO2系化合物的复合量和不同添加剂对复合材料的致密化及与Al2O3反应能力的影响。研究结果表明,增加CaO-SiO2系化合物的复合量.不仅改善了复合材料的致密化程度,而且提高了与Al2O3的反应能力。两种SiO2-Al2O3系添加剂均能大大降低复合材料的烧结温度,并对复合材料的相组成产生影响.因而提高了与Al2O3的反应能力。此外,高密度的复合材料具有更强的与Al2O3反应的能力。

Abstract:By using pressureless sintering,the densified composite of calcium zirconia and calcium silicate was synthesized.The effects of the content of calcitnn silicate and the additives on deroification and reactive ability with alumina were investigsted.Moreover.the influence of densification behaviour of the composite on reactive ability with alumina was also studied.The experimental results show that the density and reactive ability with alumina can be enhanced with the increase of the amount of calcium silicate, the additivcs belonging to SiO2-Al2O3 system not only improves the density but also affects the phase comopitions of the composite thus promoting the reactive ability with alumina.In addition, it was also found that the samples with high densitics posscss stronger reactive ability with alumina than the low density one.
