双向耦合电感DC-DC开关变换器与优化设计分析

摘    要:本文详细分析了双向耦合电感DC-DC开关变换器电路拓扑的工作原理及其电路特性;建立了该电路拓扑的损耗模型,并对其中的耦合电感匝比λ进行了优化设计。通过MATHCAD仿真软件的分析和实验样机的结果验证,证明了文中所提出的双向耦合电感DC-DC开关变换器电路拓扑的可行性和耦合电感匝比λ优化的正确性;该电路拓扑克服了传统双向BUCK/BOOST电路拓扑变换率较小的局限性,具有的更优越的效率特性;合理选择抽头电感的匝比λ对抽头电感双向BUCK/BOOST具有重要意义。

Abstract:A novel tapped-inductor bi-directional(TI-B) DC-DC converters is analyzed in this paper,which can overcome the shortage of non-isolated bi-directional DC-DC(BDC) that its transfer ratio is restricted in a small range.This paper analyzes the principle and characteristics of TI-B-BUCK/BOOST in detail.Then,a power loss model of the new topology is established and the turn ratio of tapped-inductor is optimized.Simulation based on MATHCAD and the experiment on demo board testify that TI-B-BUCK/BOOST widely exten...
