| 摘 要： | 现代机械加工制造业中,车间底层实时信息的采集极为重要.为了及时准确有效地采集数控机床上所使用刀具的信息,本文在条码技术以及DNC技术基础上研究了一种有效的刀具信息管理及自动追踪系统.并且以FANUC系统为例,简要介绍了系统的实施原理.本文的研究成果对数控车间加工效率的提高具有积极的意义.

| Abstract: | In nowadays mechanical manufacturing, it is very important to collect the information of the workshop. To collect the information of tools which are used in NC lathe in real-time, exactly and effectively, a tool information management and auto-tracking system was studied. The actualization of the system was introduced by using the FANUC series of lathe as an example. |
